研究生應於入學後第一學期開學後學期末前選定指導教授,向學院辦公室繳交指導教授同意書,選課須由指導教授簽名。若屆時未敦請指導教授,則由本院協助選定指導教授。論文指導教授之聘請,應以理學院教師為原則。若指導教授為本校兼任教師者,應有本校專任教師協同教學共同指導。 After being enrolled in the master’s program, students shall select and determine the advisor before the end of the first semester by submitting the consent of advisor to the College Office. The courses selected for study shall be signed by the advisor. If the advisor is not selected and determined, the College shall assist to select. The candidates of advisor shall be teachers of the College in principle. In the event that the advisor is a part-time teacher, a full-time teacher shall assist and instruct jointly.
研究生於就讀期間,如擬終止論文指導關係或更換論文指導教授,應以書面文件向學院辦公室提出申請,並於通知原指導教授及完成各項交接事務後生效,無須經原指導教授同意。 During the study term, if students intend to terminate the thesis instruction relation with or change the thesis advisor, it can be made by submitting a written document to the College Office for application, which shall become effective after the advisor is informed and the affairs of handover are completed; the approval of the advisor is not required.
指導教授欲終止指導關係,應以書面文件,向本院提出申請,審查結果由本院通知研究生。終止指導關係後,學院辦公室得協助研究生另覓指導教授。 If the advisor intents to terminate the instruction relation, it shall be made by submitting written document to the College Office for application, and the result of review will be informed to the student by the College. After the termination of instruction, the College Office may assist the student to find another advisor.

研究生應完成學術倫理數位課程並通過測驗,取得修課證明後,始得提出論文計畫發表之申請。 Students shall complete the digital course of academic ethics and pass the examination; the application for presentation of thesis research plan shall be submitted after obtaining the course certificate.
通過「學術倫理數位課程」測驗取得修課證明後,至校務行政系統登錄申請線上審核(附如件操作說明),再檢附修課證明至所辦進行檢核,始完成審核作業。 Students shall complete the "Digital Course of Academic Ethics " before applying for the thesis oral examination, and after passing the test to obtain the course certificate, log in to the school administration system to apply for online review (as shown in the attached operating instructions), and then check the attached The course attendance certificate must be reviewed by the office before the review is completed.
研究生碩士論文口試,應於論文計畫通過三個月後,檢附成績證明、參與學術活動紀錄卡(超過2點),經指導教授及院主管會議審核後始能進行口試事宜。 Three months after passing the research plan, students shall provide grade certificate, and academic activities participation record card (more than 2 points) to apply for oral thesis examination. The oral examination shall be processed after the review of the advisor and the directors meeting of the College.

研究生應於論文口試前三星期繳交: Three weeks before the oral thesis examination, students shall submit:
(1)論文口試申請書1份。 One copy of Thesis Examination Application. (2)論文口試本1本。
One copy of Thesis.
(3)論文考試委員推薦書1份。 One copy of Master’s Thesis Examination Committee Member Recommendation.
(4)英文檢定。 English Proficiency Test.
(5)論文口試委員評分表3份。 Three copies of Thesis Examination Scoring Form.
(6)學位論文成績繳送單1份。 One copy of Thesis Grade Submitting Form.
(7)論文口試合格簽名頁1份。 One copy of Thesis Approval Certificate.
(8)論文比對結果 。 Thesis comparison results.
研究生申請論文口試前,應經本校圖書館規定之論文比對系統比對,其相似度指數需為百分之三十以下,並經指導教授簽名。 Before students apply for oral thesis examination, the thesis shall be compared through thesis comparison system provided by the laboratory; the index of similarity shall be less than 30%, and signed by the advisor.

修得總學分三十學分,其中包括必修課程四學分、論文六學分及選修研究所課程二十學分。 Students shall complete 30 credits in total, including 4 credits of obligatory courses, 6 credits of master’s thesis, and 20 credits of the graduate school elective courses.
(二)各學年度離校截止日期與時間 School Leaving deadlines and times for each academic year:
依學校規定,第一學期(上學期)離校最晚期限為第二學期(下學期)開學日前平常日;第二學期(下學期)為8月15日(遇假日則另行更告知)。未依規定期限完成離校程序視為該學期未畢業,即延畢(逾期未辦妥離校手續者,視同該學期未畢業,其未達修業年限者,次學期仍應註冊,並於次學期結束前辦妥畢業離校手續,否則該學位考試以不及格論,依規定退學)。
According to the school's regulations, the latest deadline for leaving school in the first semester is the usual day before the start of the second semester; the second semester is August 15 (if it is a holiday, the deadline will be changed). If the student does not complete the graduation procedures by the prescribed deadline, he/she will be considered as not having graduated in that semester and will be deferred. If the student fails to complete the graduation procedures before the deadline, he/she will be considered as not having graduated in that semester, and he/she should still register for the next semester and complete the graduation procedures before the end of the next semester. Otherwise, the student will fail the degree examination and withdrawn from the program in accordance with the regulations).

研究生論文口試後依口試委員意見修改內容,修改完成後提出紙本畢業申請書與上傳同意書。 Modify the thesis according to the opinions of the oral examination committee members. Submit "Graduation Application Form" and "thesis Upload Consent" after completing the thesis.
研究生論文口試後請至本校「校務行政系統-學生資訊系統」→「﹝H01﹞離校手續」申請離校手續,申請後則由各單位線上進行審核(含系辦、系主任、指導教授、校友服務組及圖書館等)。
After the oral examination, please go to the school's "School Administration System - Student Information System" → "﹝H01﹞School Leaving Procedures" for Application. 研究生論文修改及上傳Thesis modification and upload:
指導教授確認後,進行「論文比對(中文論文快刀)、(英文論文turnitin)」比對,結果相似度需30%(含)以下。 After the dissertation is confirmed by the advisor. 完成論文上傳(含論文比對上傳、論文上傳同意書)後,並通過圖書館審核後,即可印出「論文本」至少5本(註冊組1本、院辦2本、圖書館2本),增加之本數請自行決定。After uploading the dissertation (including the dissertation comparison and the dissertation consent form) is completed, and passing the review of the library, at least 5 copies of the "dissertation" can be printed (1 for the registration section, 2 for the department office, and 2 for the library).
